My wife and I moved into 728 and dealt with nothing but harassment from the management team since November of 2020. My wife and myself had a roommate who just bailed on us and didn’t pay his rent for months. Now all I can suggest is anybody that wants to move to rice creek apartments beware. The crimes that take place all day every day by management here is ridiculous. They tried to break into our apartment at literally 10:42 October 19, Tuesday morning with no respect to the people that live here. There is no way I will move into the apartment at this time. There are roaches inside the air condition panel to control the thermostat eggs and they literally fell out when i was wiping it down with lysol wipes. The air vents will definitely need to be replaced, they are also leaking. I saw 2 roaches in the bedroom and 2 in the kitchen. At this point I strongly feel I have been bamboozled. The toilet in the master bedroom ran the entire time I was there wiping down the light switches.
I do not feel comfortable moving in this apartment at this time, No one should.

I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional leasing office. They don't answer the phone and when they do they are dismissive, rude and often hang up in your face. They have done this to me multiple times. The turn over rate in office staff reflects the poor management. If they get a good person in there, they won't be for long. The current staff doesn't seem to have the slightest clue on what they are doing. They are unorganized and will give you multiple answer (all which are wrong) when you call them out for it. Then their default response is we have to take this up with regional

McKenna is one of the best leasing consultants I have ever worked with. From her ability to schedule in a reasonable time, to her fast responses! I was very pleased with the model apartment that she showed me as well. 10/10 would recommend Rice Creek. Also, the maintenance gets done quick if you request it.. This is the only apartment I have lived in that has an online portal for everything.

Horrible horrible place to live. They are not family oriented and do not value their tenants. Staff is inconsiderate and conniving. They are kicking my family out for no reason despite our great rental record. They say its because they have too many tenants on month to month so they decided the best thing to do is kick them out. Shameful organization stay far away. Oh no to mention they rented our apartment right from under us negating any ability to extend or acquire a new lease. Dont waste your time with them. They are a classless organization.
