Love the atmosphere. Keisha is an excellent stylist and she always makes my hair look great. I would like to suggest that the ownership considers replacing the dryers. It takes about 2 hours every time much to long.

1st Visit- Semi-Color recommended by stylist made my hair shed.
2nd Visit-Tried to get a style that would not require too much combing or shampooing to help eliminate more shedding. The stylist done more damage. Scalp red and very irritated!!!!
I will near go to this salon again I paid $260 combined to have damaged hair 🤨

I’ve tried to make this place work but I finally give up. Today Mackenzie started twisting my 13 year old daughter’s hair two hours after her appointment time. Well they did a protein treatment (which of course is extra) and left her under the dryer not running for over 90 minutes.
When I checked my daughter in, I asked if someone could trim my hair during my daughter’s service. They made me an appointment for 2, but when I came back said there was no appointment in the system. My name is Alyssa Waterloo. I booked with Loretta Drummond for a balayage. I voiced my concerns prior to the appointment about having curly hair and She insisted that she’s been doing hair for 13 years and to not worry. She took FIFITY minutes to apply the bleach and then she wanted to me to sit and let it process. Automatically I knew something was wrong because the bleach was on for way too long, so I made her wash it. I had beautiful big curly hair that is now ruined. She did not know what she was doing and she knew she was in the wrong because she apologized numerous times

Great Experience - This was my first time. Akina was my stylist. She was amazing and very professional. Overall it was great - other Stylists were friendly as well.

I am really in a state of shock and disbelief. I have been to this salon numerous times and had amazing experiences but that changed today. My appointment with Mackenzie was nothing short of a hot mess. First I was given a call to see if I would be open to going to another stylist. Seeing as how this was the same day, it was a little odd but I was fine with it. However I didn't know that this was an attempt to let me know that she didn't know how to do the style I requested. I contacted this salon and spoke with Nicky. I needed to have my hair re-cut after a previous stylist cut it. Nicky is extremely professional, prompt, courteous and explains whatever service she will be providing. She is very much into healthy care and maintenance. In addition, her rates were more affordable for me and the location has plenty of parking.

Akina did an absolutely great job on my natural hair braids!! She took her time and I couldn’t be more happier with my hairstyle. I thought the overall salon was clean and everyone was welcoming. I will definitely be back. I recommend this salon and Akina for any braids!!

Demetrius is funny, professional, and he does excellent work!! I got a retwist and asked for an updo that could endure a trip to Miami. The style lasted through the pool, ocean, and shenanigans and my edges were still laid when I got home. Returned today for another retwist and style. Of course he did an excellent job again.
