What a unpleasant office, I called regarding info on a clean up and a possible tooth removal. After being transferred around for a simple pricing question. I spoke to some lady named Lucy who must of been having a bad day because she was the worst. There are so many different practices here in Riverside, Don't waste your time coming to this one.

Crazy but Can i just say i hate going to the dentist.. i am not afraid of dental work or needles honestly its my own fear of throwing up. I have a severe gag reflex. So bad that i threw up on a dentist years ago! Dr Sheida was so gentle and understanding worked through my fear. I didnt feel a thing she worked on me almost sitting up just to make me more comfortable. I appreciate all her care. She was so comforting and took her time explaining all going on. I have found my dentist!

I regret to write such bad things about my last experience. I have been going here for a year now. When I returned the receptionist had changed. Let me tell you the minute I walked in and I had not even signed in she started telling me we have to talk. Basically I was told that it's the patients job to call the insurance company and not the receptionist. Let me tell you I have never had any issues with my insurance and this kind of experience in any dental office. She was so unprofessional. I was so mad when I walked out.
