If zero stars was an option, Laura definitely deserves that. My family purchased a home from Laura's clients and the clients broke the Agreement and stayed past the leaseback option, and made the entire process terrible. To top it off they left the home dirty.
We received two visits from the previous owner trying to pick up her mail. Mail forwarding is a legit service and you'll get your mail.
