They have absolutely neglected the grounds at and near the corner of Fountain Road and Dahlia Drive in Fountain City. Beautiful large evergreen trees on the property behind Madison Square Apartments and fronting on Fountain are almost completely shrouded in kudzu, as are similar "Christmas Tree" spruces at the corner and running up Dahlia. It is heartbreaking to those of us who drive past them daily. I paid workers to remove what they could several years ago and plan to do so again as soon as the owners give me permission. I cannot imagine anyone buying Madison Square or Fairhill Apartments when
