This is what my balayage looks like less than a month after I initially got it done at this location. Even after paying $220 for a balayage and using purple shampoo/conditioner to try to maintain my color, I feel that my hair lost its color and ashy hues within a few days. The color doesn’t blend into my roots at all either. I also got layers, which look choppy and uneven in my opinion. I’ve spent over $500+ at this location and I’m usually pleased with my results since the stylists are awesome, but I wish that I could get this issue resolved with no additional cost or have a refund issued

My hair was very tangled after being ill. I needed assistance to get the tangles out. It was an embarrassing situation. This salon is bright and welcoming. Everyone working there was extremely friendly. Lauren was my stylist. She got the knots out of my hair while treating me with amazing kindness. The owner of the salon was there helping her when she needed it. The manager of the salon also. This is a great team environment. Everyone there was so nice. After removing the tangles from my hair I got a grade A haircut and am planning to go back for color services. What a Godsend this salon is.

To say that I'm happy with my new hairstyle is an understatement. Clara did a fantastic job and really listened to what I wanted. My hair came out better than the picture I showed her in reference to what I… wanted it to look like. I have not been able to find a good hair stylist in years and tbh I'm extremely picky and big on the little details and she really impressed me and I am in no way easily impressed lol. I went in there feeling down she really made me comfortable and even did a great job shampooing my hair, it was such a relaxing experience and I can't wait to go back and have her

She did a good hair job just didn't listen to what I wanted. I don't speak "hair" but apparently have to know names of different styles & exact color names, etc. Showing a picture of myself & my hair when it was done 3 before and wanting it like that again did not suffice. Not sure how it was not clear via picture but was not.

Had a appointment with Clara very nice lady I wnt in showed her the picture I wnted and she said she could do it I specifically told her I dnt like brassy colors brown or orange tones I’m not one to complain but she ended up Re-toning my hair because it was not what I wnted but still after the second time very unsatisfied disappointed …and she said sorry.. and I paid even gave her a tip thought she would have at least lowered the price but NO she didn’t I literally feel it was a total waste OF MONEY i had high hopes considering the reviews but wish I didn’t go at this point … if she couldn’t

I was misled by all the positive reviews. As they become increasingly busier, they do not care about the client at ALL. I booked well in advance, for a wedding we needed to attend. I receive a call the day of, that the stylist was out sick and they would need to reschedule. Understand, it's Thursday and event is Friday so I requested Friday to be told all stylists are completely booked. Now I do care about someone or anyone who gets sick, but a backup plan should always be in place when you run a business. We are now in a bind, trying to find an appointment anywhere last minute which likely
