I have been blessed to work for State Farm for 47 years as a regional office employee and now as an agent. Married to Dan for 33 years, we have two sons, Jamie and wife Tiffany and Nick and wife Christina along with 8 grandchildren. We have been Benton, Louisiana residents for the past twenty one years and love our newest location in the middle of 15 acres.
Needless to say, we have dogs, chickens, and quail all over the place and love watching them from our front porch. Our family is very active in our church and in the community we love so much. My mission every day is to come to the office and serve our customers with excellent service and provide all products State Farm has to offer.

I have been a costumer with Mrs Nora for years now. I have not found a better insurance agent. Not only are the rates more than reasonable but she also has the best costumer service. Mrs Destiny has recently help me with home owners insurance. This was the quickest and easiest part of the whole process of buying a home. I was able to give my information and get a call back. I didn’t have to spend an hour on the phone waiting for details. When I received my call back I was fully informed of all the information I didn’t even know I needed to know but I am glad and to know I’m covered on things

I've been with Nora Brooks for about 4.5 years. They are super sweet ladies and VERY helpful. Any time I have a problem or question, they respond in a timely manner and help me to the best of their abilities. Destiny has been HANDS DOWN the best these last few months. Nora is the best State Farm agent that I've come across. Her and her office have been so helpful right from the start in finding the best price for me and my husband. Her staff is always so warm and friendly. They sorted out everything so quickly when I switched to State Farm from another insurance company and made the process so easy for me. Since I'm still young, a lot of this insurance talk is very confusing, but they took the time out of their day to explain in detail my coverage and what exactly I was paying for. Destiny has been been absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I have never been so excited to sign up or pay for insurance. She went over everything and was very knowledgeable when it came to knowing her job. She kept in touch in a timely manner. I did not have to wait on her to call back for days unlike other business. If she said she would call, that’s exactly what she did. Every time I need anything, Nora Brooks and her team are always there for me. I always leave the office or get off the phone with my questions answered. Yesterday, however, was exceptional! My car broke down so I naturally called Roadside Assistance. 100 degree temperatures, 6 Hours of waiting, on and off of the phone with customer service… but NO tow truck 🤷♀️… and no one could contact the towing company. So out of shear desperation I called Tiffany Davis at State Farm and she was a life saver! With in about an hour she had Twin Cities towing there to rescue me! Everyone at Nora
