I called and asked the receptionist on the phone if my cleaning would be covered by my insurance and she said it would, so I made an appointment. It is my understanding that the receptionist is no longer with the company. However, when I sat down in the chair before my cleaning my exact words were “last time I paid out of pocket and this time I am paying with my insurance HMSA Quest”. My dental hygienist said that they wouldn’t cover the x-rays she suggested I have, and told me what kind of x-rays they would cover. She neglected to tell me they wouldn’t cover my cleaning and when I checked

They scheduled my appointment within a week for a wisdom tooth. The doctor and assistant are super nice and taking a good care of their patients!
Very important to talk about their fair rates if you don’t have insurance.

I heard of good place but my son and husband got horrible treatment from male Dr. .
my 14yo boy he gets freaky hurtness after them treatment and never after care. . .it makes me so scare. . luckly his grandma was nurse and my husband got wrong treatment he gets terribly hurtness for a week he injured on his inside cheek and hard to concentrate to his work. . .
