If there was a possibility of giving Zero stars I would have.
This firm is absolutely incredible that the let this guy get away with this attitude.
If not shouting at his paid clients, his abilities in court and on the phone are poor at best.
Absolutely stay away from this firm

The worst experience with an attorney that was retained and paid.
This Brian guy takes over 5k to do you yearly dance with my ex wife. Withdrawals from my case after he claims he needs a payment.
Absolutely no moral compass and absolutely horrible attitude in addition.
If there were a 0 stars they would be give it

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
This was the most disrespectful and dishonest attorney I have ever retained.
Charged well over 5k retainer and withdrew mid case out of his own frustration. Brian Neigosian at this firm should be held accountable for his miserable service and attitude.

The best divorce law firm in town! They have extensive experience and are well respected in the legal community. I found their firm based on all the positive reviews they have from previous clients on avvo.com. Numerous clients said Michelle and Brian gave them the best results & best outcomes. Their work is impressive, and billing is very reasonable.
I hired Michelle as my attorney and Brian also assisted me during my divorce. Michelle has strong communication and analytical skills, and gets results. I recommend you hire her before your ex hires her!

I retained Brian Nogohosian when it was time for a scheduled maintenance review of my divorce settlement. It turned out to be one of my best decisions.
From the very beginning, I knew Brian was always looking out for my best interests. He put me at ease, gave me confidence, and was very understanding and encouraging. He involved me in all aspects of the process, communicated often, and took the time to ensure I understood each step along the way. In the end, his strategies and negotiation skills resulted in a very positive outcome.
When faced with divorce, selecting the best attorney is the most

I can't say enough good things about Brian. My divorce was a tough one, and Brian patiently explained my options, even when I was a mess. He formed an exceptional strategy that helped me tremendously. This guy knows his stuff!! His fiduciary commitment and extensive knowledge made everything go so well for me in such a tough time. Thank you, Brian!

Was recommended to use Brian on my divorce due to his "pitbull" approach for his clients - sadly I never saw this. During our initial consultation Brian told me that my divorce case did not need to be decided in the courts, rather it should be decided by 2 lawyers picking up the phone and hammering out the details. He also mentioned that he believed that a buyout of my ex-wife (maintenance) would be the way to go to. Four weeks after retaining him and no return call or response to my emails I stopped by his office in person only to have him tell me that I was not his only case and that he had placed

Brian has no respect for the rule of law of the correct way to handle family law. He aggravates and exacerbates situations, and has no respect or care for the children involved. "Family court" should be handled with the utmost sensitivity and care, because there are children involved, and instead Brian ATTACKS parties like he is working a "criminal case" instead of a "family law" case. He will leave a path of destruction for all parties who seek his "council". Your children will pay the heaviest price for listening to his "council" which is really just the way to aggravate the situation the most

I really question the motives of the prior reviewer. Brian's role is to always look out for the best interest of his clients and their children, and I believe he does an exemplary job of it. He is highly professional and meticulous and I would recommend him to anyone.
