Personal Care Services are home-based services. It can include help with bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, feeding and/or light cleaning. These services are known as/called Activities of Daily Living or ADLs. A Personal Care Worker is an agency employee that assists the client in their home.

The agency supports clients to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Personal Care Services (PCS) are a Medicaid benefit that helps clients with everyday tasks. Personal Care Workers attend to the physical needs of people who are disabled or otherwise unable to take care of themselves. They help with Activities of Daily Living (AADLs), which include: bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, feeding and/or light cleaning.

Unprofessional place. They started my orientation at the reception desk then at the regional manager office. I had basically ranned through it because there were no videos to be watched. They hung up on me a couple times. Fax machine does not work. They claim that it's broken. The Nurse or whoever did my evaluation showed up a hour late after we had to call them. Honestly if it was a way I could sue them. I most definitely would. I recommend no who want to take care of there love one go here.
