People are cordial and prompt. Music being played in office made me feel like I was at a hip hop concert. Not conducive to being relaxed and not apprehensive of being in a dentist’s chair. It is too loud and irritating. Play relaxing music for the patient, not fast beat loud music for the employees.

Dr. White and Ms.Erica we’re very nice and helpful from the beginning of my appointment. Dr. White was pleasant made me feel comfortable and ensured me that I’d be taking care of. Ms. Erica was patient with me and made sure I had whatever I needed definitely one of the best I’ve been too would recommend.

This particular location is great!!!, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming once I arrived. Dr. Colburn and Amber asst. were very professional and really made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Larrion was also great at explaining in detail my future dental plan and clarified any questions I had. I look forward to returning and completing my dental work.
I also would like to add, Mrs. Cassandra is the best hands down!!! She was thorough and talked me through my procedure because I was real nervous. I felt safe and in good hands with her. I look forward to my future appointments

Dr. Colburn & staff were amazing! I called and got an appointment the same day because I was in so much pain. They were patient with me as I decided if it was best for me to get a root canal or extraction. I do not have insurance and they worked with me on a payment plan. I decided on extraction and a partial clip on tooth. I cannot believe how fast it was to have my tooth removed. I didn’t experience any pain, only pressure. I’m very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend the Metairie dental office

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Monique cleaned my teeth and was so kind and patient with me. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. White is always the kindest dentist I’ve ever had. She makes sure I understand what is being done and what my treatment plan is. She makes me feel comfortable coming to a dentist again. Abby helped Dr. White with my root canal and they were both so amazing. Definitely will be returning!!!

This office is beautiful and everyone here was so nice and caring towards me! This was my first visit to the dentist since the pandemic, especially after moving to the south. I was able to get an appointment in the same week and get my problem solved immediately. I was seen by Dr. White and she was amazing. Very comforting and down to earth. Her team is just as great! Erica and Lillian both were sweet and took great care of me during my visit as well. I would highly recommend this whole team if you’re in need of a new dentist in the Area!
