I had a great time working out with master Cardenas and everyone was very nice. He is an amazing teacher and he provides great discipline inside of the dojan and for outside life to his students. He really want his students to be strong for the world physically and mentally. He and his wife are very welcoming and they really safe with the COVID and not spreading it and have social distance. This school teaches great taekwondo technique and great for all ages. Highly recommend trying it out.

My daughter was in kindergarten and constantly getting in trouble. My husband and I tried all we can think of to make her days better at school. Nothing was working! We decided to begin Taekwondo with the hopes the discipline would help her. First month she cried almost everyday because she didn't want to go. Now two years later, Cardenas Taekwondo Academy has helped my baby SO much! She loves going to class and doesn't like to miss. 2nd Grade teacher has not one complain about her. Sir makes class fun and my daughter is determined to receive a black belt!! Thanks to Ma'am and Sir

Getting to the front of the class to get my Black Belt took me one step. But before that it took me a lot of steps. From learning new technics that increase my memory skills by remembering the new forms and learning self defense. I got some bruzes the first year but it was wearth it. If I were you, I would join this class.
