Services
Veterinary dentistry includes the cleaning, adjustment, filing, extraction, or repair of animals' teeth and all other aspects of oral health care in animals. Rapid and clear radiography is crucial in the event of an emergency or a difficult diagnostic case. We offer that here. Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique that allows internal body structures to be seen by recording echoes or reflections of ultrasonic waves.
Dr. Stevenson received a Master's degree in Philosophical Ethics followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Since then, she has practiced veterinary medicine at hospitals in Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia.
In 2018, Dr. Stevenson decided to open Nottely Oaks Animal Hospital so she could offer the highest quality Fear Free medicine to the homeless animals in the community as well as those already in loving homes.Whereas Dr. Stevenson loves all aspects of veterinary medicine, her special interests include internal medicine, ultrasonography, emergency and critical care, and soft tissue surgery.

We at NOAH are dedicated to providing the best and most compassionate care possible for the animals you love, which is why we are now the ONLY Fear Free certified practice in all of Georgia. You will find many Fear Free certified professionals out there, but our practice, our protocols, our staff, our records and our facility have been inspected top to bottom, and we are very proud to have earned our certification.
Preventative care is essential for your pet's overall well-being. We offer all core and non-core vaccinations. We follow the American Animal Hospital Association vaccination guidelines, and believe in giving as few vaccines as necessary to cover and protect our pets.
This means transitioning to a 3 year vaccine protocol for some vaccines such as Rabies and Distemper when possible, and only giving non-core vaccines when lifestyle makes them indicated. We do recommend annual examinations and labwork for our patients. It's important to establish a baseline when our pets are young and to discover problems early, so we can treat before they become severe.

During all surgeries, a Veterinary Assistant is dedicated as an anesthesia technician. They monitor heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, blood pressure, ECG, EtCO2, fluid rate and anesthetic depth carefully. They alert Dr. Stevenson to any problems, so we can make changes quickly to match our patient's needs.

Called for boarding for my dogs while we go on vacation next year. Too expensive, one of the most expensive by over half around here. They also said they give a flea pill wheb they come in and for this flea pill charge $25!!! I have bought a whole pack of the same pills for a little more than $25 and they are charging too much for alot of things. Require a fecal exam as well. I understand safety of your pet while there is the most important thing but to charge WAYYY more than everyone else and then require all of that! No thanks

Unfortunately I’ve had to visit these amazing folks twice in the last couple of weeks. I’d never been so I was anxious bc they are responsibly doing visits which means pets go in without their human. They remain in contact and the dr. does an excellent job of relaying info about pet’s issues in a way that is comfortable, compassionate and easy to understand. The vet was patient and listened as well as answered my questions and addressed my concerns. 1000/10 would recommend.
