I've came here twice for a cleaning. This last time a younger lady was the dental hygienist. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was so awesome! She was very friendly, gentle, and very informative. She actually taught me something about dental hygiene. To reach the back of your mouth it's actually more helpful to close your mouth instead of opening it wide. The muscle there doesn't tense up allowing you to reach further back.

First let me say I hate pain!!! I mean I absolutely cannot take pain. Well on 8/11/2020 I had to go to the dentist. My wisdom tooth was very infected and had spread to the tooth next to it. I live in Ferris Texas.... so I went to Ferris Family Dentistry. I was very very nervous the day of the extractions. I went in and I was given a double dose of anti anxiety meds and then I was given nitrous (laughing gas). Then doctor Kim came in and proceeded to numb my mouth. Well after about 2 hours both teeth were extracted !!! Thanks goes out to Dr Kim and the entire staff!!! You made me feel very comfortable

Well I must say .. This will be my first time with this dentist. So far the dentist office in Ferris isn't impressing me at all.The whole problem started this morning. I had a appointment at 8 am. Well I received a call saying i needed to be rescheduled for this afternoon. Ok so now I'm pushed back until 1pm. Well at 11:35am I received yet another call saying I needed to be rescheduled again. So now I have yet another appointment for 1/10/ 2019 at 8am. But I don't have confidence that this appointment will happen. I have never been treated so badly!!! To be rescheduled 2 times in

Imagine you were so AFRAID of dentists, you didn't see one for 14 years... and had multiple cracked molars and were in need of some serious work.

Dr. Williams is the absolute worse dentist I have ever encountered!!! Her bedside manner is ridiculous, makes me wonder if she got her license out of a cracker jack box!!!! I drove all the way from Richardson TX because I was told my sons tooth would be taken care of today!!! NOPE and when I tried to explain to her what I was told she scolded me like an infant and demanded a response from me!!! I wouldn't take my dog to this woman!!!!!!!!! Dr. Williams and her staff were especially warm and welcoming. Her initial consultation was the most comprehensive I have ever had. She explained each tooth and its history and future needs as well as info regarding some anomalies with my nerves and bones. This information will certainly help me if I seek treatment from other doctors. Because she took the time to involve me at this level, I am much more likely to be proactive about my dental health. I had my first painless root canal and would have fell asleep during it if the staff wasn't so much fun. I feel very well taken care of! Thanks
