Yoder-Culp Funeral Home has a long and rich history of service to its community. Our eight licensed funeral directors have more than 150 years of collective experience helping families through the most difficult times of their lives. In addition, as the first funeral home in Northern Indiana to be built exclusively for funeral service, our building has been added onto twice, and is the largest facility, with the most parking, in our area.
Our mission at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is to take care of your loved ones once you are no longer able to care for them. Our primary focus is to help families plan and carry out a wide range of ceremonies and services at a cost they can afford, while providing them with more value than they expect. Our business continues to grow as one family shares its experience with another.

Services
The Culp Funeral Home was started by Henry J. Culp in 1863. Henry's son, Ephraim Culp moved the business to Goshen in 1924. Both of Eph's sons, Floyd and Elmer, worked with their father at the Ephraim Culp and Sons Funeral Home, family-owned business. Robert, son of Elmer Culp, and William, son of Floyd Culp, were fourth generation funeral directors in the Culp Funeral Home.
Yoder-Culp Funeral Home strives to provide each family with a personalized service that commemorates and celebrates the life of a loved one. Our Funeral Directors will guide each family through the process of planning a funeral service. Yoder-Culp will also facilitate filing for any insurance and Social Security benefits.

Is a declaration that a life has been lived as well as a sociological statement that a death has occurred. What is embalming? Integrity, kindness, compassion, and going beyond the call of duty are three terms I would use to describe my experiences with the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
We live in Ontario, Canada. It was a Sunday morning. COVID suddenly brought us face to face with the unexpected death of a family member in Goshen, Indiana. Totally unprepared, I was anxious to discover our options. I searched the web hoping to find someone helpful and I contacted 6 funeral homes. From the start of our phone call, Colin Yoder made me feel that he is the one to be trusted to help our family in this time of need.
