Been a customer for years snd have never seen a business take a nose dive like this.
The bearded dude running the counter was a disgusting example of customer service. I walked into an empty lobby and stood there without acknowledgement from this guy for the entire time. I said ok maybe he's disabled, blind and deaf, so I sat down. Ten minutes later or so, he had gone some paperwork, he yells out: you need to sign here! I realized he was neither deaf nor blind, just pretending I wasn't there.
I walked over signed and watched this guy make sure I knew that he was purposefully not acknowledging

I went there to see about a brake and light inspection they were very nice and courteous and offered to take me right in but I already had an appointment and I ended up just keeping that appointment but they're very nice and professional and I would definitely take my car in there again if I needed something

A SWING AND A MISS. I had a simple oil change done there earlier this week - next morning had a drizzle of oil leaking from my car onto the driveway - because they failed to tighten down the pan drain bolt. Not cool. The filter was a little less than snug too. This is EASY stuff. If I didn't happen to look down, I'd hate to think of the later impact to my wallet when the check engine light came on. I mean, usually these guys are paying attention - I hit them in the afternoon and there was only one car ahead of me, that's all. This should have been a no-brainer, I have the easiest, most simple car

Hey. So I paid about $125 or $130 for my oil change. This is about $25 more than i usually pay at Lube Boys, but I needed an oil change ASAP. They got the job done and the service was pretty good but HUGE issue for me is that they put the wrong sticker on my windshield so I'm not sure when I really need to be back for my next oil change. Smh. It says return at 70,000 miles on the sticker but my Benz has 180,000 miles on. Make it make sense . Attention to detail please. Thanks tho

The people who work here are a really friendly team that know their stuff. I went in and told them about my shuddering brakes and that my oil service light had come on. Guess what they charged me for. Front brake pads and an oil change. No ringing me up and telling me "you need this done and that changing" on top of the things I brought the vehicle in for. They actually rotated my wheels as the service code indicated, free of charge and filled my windscreen wash. So happy I found this place. It's great to find a local place offering reliable, friendly service that won't rip you off. I'll be bringing

Cons - Quoted $91.00 for oil change on the phone. When I arrived they wanted $245.00 for an oil change on my jeep grand cherokee. We had them stop checking fluids because I was taking the car somewhere else Told them nicely that was to much for an oil change. I took it to a similar place in Brentwood they charged me $119.00 for the same 540 oil they were going to use. Also pointed out that someone over tightened the radiator resevoir cap separating it into 2 pieces. Not saying Vasco Lube did that on purpose but I did see an attendant putting the cap back on after I said I could not afford the oil

Honestly I felt Like i was getting Baited for a car better i asked for a quote on a battery knowing i needed a new one but when i asked i was told that it would be a couple of hundred dollars 300 for a new battery on 2018 honda was kinda off i was think max with labor at least 100 to 150 but 300 No thanks felt like i was at a car dealership they were trying to say that if i don't change it now it would go out on me in the night great thanks

I had a great experience here. My little civic needed a smog- it's getting up in years, but I waited because I was worried about Covid. However, I finally felt like I just had to get it done. I went about 10:10am- had a very short wait and my car was done! The manager inside was wearing a mask as she helped me order the smog and helped me check out after it. (Usually we would never go into a place of business so close to closing time however we are selling a vehicle and decided last min to get a smog two months before registration is up.)
Went in for a non-appointment smog check with less than 30 min till closing and the gentleman with a dark green neck mask was instantly helping us and got it done in less than 15 min! Great customer service and attentiveness! 5 stars.

My car was working wonderfully before I took my car here to get it smogged. It passed smog and they called me to pick my car up. Car wouldn't start, but key battery was working just fine as the indicator light was turning on and it was a brand new keyfob battery. Then we ask them to put a new battery in and they determined it was the alternator. It seems like an insane "coincidence" that my battery light indicator wasn't on in my car and that there was literally nothing wrong with my car when I brought it in but now I have a dead battery and am needing a new alternator? I needed an oil change and I was able to walk in and get one on the same day. I called ahead for a quote and the lady told me $45 for standard oil. When I arrived they told me that I need synthetic oil and that they don't offer non-synthetic oil. I was also told I had to pay more because I had more than a 5 qt tank. Total I had to pay $94 which is a rip off because I can get an oil change for half the price at Big O Tires. If I didn't need an oil change right away I would've have left.

These guys are great, fast, and knowledgeable. I don't feel the up sell like other places and the best part is that they're fast. Not much you can ask for. Synthetic runs pricey but that's everywhere you go unless you change your own oil. I've taken 3/4 cars here and not disappointed. Definitely give these guys a try.

Excellent place to bring your vehicle for an oil change! They got me in and out when my own dealership could not get me in for a basic service and I was out in less than 30 minutes!
Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these ridiculous car dealerships for service work that do not value your time and take you car to Vasco Quick Lube for it's service. They are super professional and will take great care of your car.
