Services
With the exception of emergencies, we perform surgeries by appointment. We have a dedicated surgical suite where we perform sterile surgical procedures. Our doctors and staff take all safety precautions for the health and safety of your pet. All of our patients are placed on water-circulating heating pads and a member of our surgical team monitors their vital signs continuously during each procedure with multi-parameter monitors.
Grace Animal Hospital frequently has stray or unwanted pets available for adoption. Our 'guests' are constantly changing so we recommend visiting our Adopt-A-Pet room to get the complete story on each of them. Our modest adoption fee ($125 for dogs/puppies; $100 for cats/kittens) includes thorough physical examination and health assessment, deworming, first vaccines, a microchip, initial flea and heartworm prevention, and spay/neuter procedure.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Grace Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge is aware of the vast amount of information available on the Internet. Our team has taken the time and evaluated the following sites. We trust the information the listed websites provide to you, our client, and member of our family. If you're looking for a talented and affordable photographer to create a portrait of your pet, we highly recommend Sally Taylor and 'Natural Images'.
Many dog owners admire the unique looks and personalities of purebreds, but also worry about the fate of millions of pets euthanized each year. What many people don't realize is that there are specific breed rescue organizations for almost every breed of dog, placing dogs in need to new homes. If you're thinking of getting a pet fish, you should know that your veterinarian has a lot of good advice about pet ownership.

We had our first experience at Grace this week and not only did my pups love it, but their vet tech and Doctor both worked to ensure my questions were answered and they went the extra mile to make sure my pups were healthy and on the right track! So thankful we found GAH and Dr. Lyons!

So thankful that our dogs are patients at Grace Animal. My dog Scout became very ill over the course of the day, and despite being extremely booked, they did not ask me to take them anywhere else like an emergency hospital, they made accommodations for Scout and got him all the meds he needed before the weekend. They saved me from spending $1000s at the emergency vets, and I felt great knowing he was in good hands. We love working with Grace

Today was my first experience with Grace Animal Hospital. I was very pleased with the care and consideration the vet techs and the vets gave both me and my dogs. The clinic was clean and cool (70 degrees). The room in which I waited with my dogs was large enough that it didn't feel claustrophobic. The techs were very patient with my pets, going above and beyond to settle my female's anxious nerves. I left the clinic with full knowledge of the medication that was prescribed. I feel confident that my dogs will be well taken care of here. I also appreciated being listened to when I expressed

We have used Grace Animal Hospital for years! In fact, we have adopted 2 beautiful, healthy cats from Grace. Our first dog, Abby, was a patient for at least 10 years and our second dog, Cooper is now a patient. The facility is absolutely beautiful and very clean! Everyone at Grace makes us feel important and appreciated! I think they truly value our patronage and they honestly care about our fur babies. Dr. Tim Loonam is top notch! Not only is he a brilliant vet, he is so compassionate and he makes me feel like I am such a good dog mom! He is always available to answer questions or just to give

We too have been going to this vet many years and our dog had an emergency at 4:00 on Friday afternoon. We begged them to see us and they refused. We spoke with a vet and begged him to see our dog as well, and he very rudely told us "he did not make our dog sick". No compassion from him or the staff. We will be pulling our dog's records and finding another vet immediately.

Grace has been my vet for over ten years and I trust them completely. They have saved my dog's life and help keep all my pets healthy. The service has always been top-notch and attentive. During this Covid-19 crisis, businesses have to do their best to keep safe which is difficult for everyone, my last appointment required me to wait longer than I have in the past while the staff concentrated on all appointments ahead of me. I know the staff at Grace is professional and compassionate, they have proven this to me and most of my friends who are also clients. Keep up the great work Grace

I have been a client of Grace Animal Hospital for many years. My oldest baby pup had an emergency this morning and they refused to see him. I called Another animal vet which I have never been to. They immediately took him and and he had to have surgery from the accident. It really breaks my heart that Grace did not care enough to even look at my fur baby

5 Stars for Dr. Dover today! It was our first time at Grace Animal Hospital with our fur babies Trooper and Wilson. Dr. Dover is so nice and I was extremely impressed with the thorough Wellness Exam he gave to both dogs. The building was very clean and they are adding on more examination rooms to meet their clients needs. Grace will definitely have our business in the future!

We are new to the area and I called to get our dogs in for their yearly exams. First, I left a message, which was never returned. Then, I called back and spoke with someone that was very rude. This woman had no desire to help me and was so cold. All I wanted was an appointment which I couldn't get until the end of the month unless it's an emergency. I understand that an appointment was not available, but she was not kind or compassionate at all. She pretty much said, sorry bye bye.

Need to share my terribly disappointing experience with Grace Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge. I took my dog there a few weeks ago in regards to an allergy that she had that wouldn't go away. They did a great job diagnosing her and prescribing a steroid that seemed to work well in clearing things up. Because of the success of the steroid, after speaking with the owner/vet, Dr. Loonam, I was told that I could come pick up a prescription to continue the steroid any time before 6 PM, as that was their closing time on weeknights. So last night, I RACED through terrible traffic and terrible weather

After caring for our pet for a substantial amount of time & forming a doctor-patient relationship, we were very disappointed & shocked to receive a letter unceremoniously severing any further treatment for our geriatric dog, especially during this critical end-of-life stage of our beloved pet. Hence, this leaves us with many unanswered questions & general confusion, & undoubtedly isn't very professional nor part of any form of 'Best Practices'.
