Awesome customer service. I am petrified of the dentist but the staff made me feel very comfortable and eased my fears.

From the time I arrived and was greeted with a warm welcoming I felt right at home not very often you go to dentist and you feel that way the Dr. & and staff are outstanding I felt right at home like family can't say enough about this place definitely will be there for now on.

Ighly recommend Fall Creek Dental Dr. Thibodeaux & Dr. Price and the staff are awesome. It was our first visit there and had an exceptional experience. The office is also gorgeous and up to date with all the latest state of the art equipment. This will be our home for all our dental work! ❣

I absolutely love this place. Been a customer since 2013. However, there are issues I have experienced throughout the years. They don't keep good track of out-of-pocket expenses and/or co-payments very well. I suggest keeping all receipts and make sure you're not being over charged during visits. Also, their hours are wonderful for the workers but very inconvenient for customers. They have days/weeks off for holidays like schools. Regularly, the office hours close early and completely closed Fridays plus the weekend. It's a head ache to schedule an appointment.

I truly mean it when I say I love Summer Creek dental! I’ve been to SEVERAL dental offices over my lifetime and summer creek is now officially my dental office for life. ALL the staff members are so amazing and personable and You’re more than just another patient. They really do make my dental visits enjoyable! Most definitely recommend this place!!!

Summer Creek Dental is a great place to maintain your dental health. I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. Dr. Thibodeaux is an awesome dentist. She cares about her patients’ dental health and will happily answer all of your questions and provide you with a health plan and the resources you need to help you. She is fun, professional, and polite.
Julie, the dental hygienist and Janna, the assistant are great as well! The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only bad thing about my experience was getting the injections for the anesthesia. But other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Dentist is awesome and tries to make you as confortable as possible. Definitely keeping them as my Dental clinic to go.

WOW! I absolutely love this place. Well let's be honest we don't all enjoy going to the dentist office BUT when you find a great place with amazing customer service you want to keep coming back!!!! It's such beautiful office with and INCREDIBLE team!!

I've moved a few times, had a dentist retire and have had experiences at many dentistrys over the years. It's not always the most pleasant thing to go and do.

For the past 3 years, I have been going here and I have to say, this is the best office I have been to. I can't say I'm ever excited to get my teeth scraped but! I do love visiting the wonderful people that work here. Come visit Doctor T and her team!

Great office! So happy to bring my family over to Dr. Thibodeaux and her team! My son was so relaxed getting his teeth cleaned - watching Netflix on the TVs they have above the chair definitely helped! All of the ladies there are great!

I recommend Dr. T and her staff. They were receptive to my feedback and have provided a good and thorough experience. Compared to others, this is definitely one of the better dental offices in the Houston area. They were really accommodating and allowed me to bring my two young kids on a quick appointment which I really appreciated. 5 stars for customer service. Give this office a try, you won't be disappointed.

Definitely my new dentist, as well as the new dentist for my family. The staff was very helpful and friendly and Tammie is great. I had to have an emergency procedure, and I could not be happier with how they handled everything. Highly recommended!!

The first couple of times I came here, I had a good experience. They did everything to make me comfortable during the first portion of my deep cleaning and during my initial exam. However it seems after, the hospitality was gone. Additionally, they never told me that if you miss an appointment for any reason, they charge you $25. So good luck if you suddenly have to be at work really early or you have another emergency. The receptionist claims that they write the first one off. I will not be returning to this office at all. I am so happy I found this office on yelp. The customer service here is top notch. Frankie is a doll at the front desk, Julia is an awesome hygenist! She really gives you a thorough cleaning, and Dr. T is sweet and patient. My whole family comes here , including my 5 year old son who loves putting on the sunglasses they use for doing exams. Oh & ssshhh don't tell them I told you but...free toothbrushes in the restroom.

When my office moved across town, I decided to look for a dentist in the area of my new office. Based on all of these wonderful reviews on Yelp, I tried Dr. Thibodeaux. Everyone was perfectly kind and very courteous throughout the process.

My first visit took 1.5 hours as the hygienist dug the periodontal gauge down through my gums. I patiently sat through the painful experience. At the end of the ordeal, the hygienist told me that I had early stage periodontal disease and that I would need deep cleaning and a replacement of a crown.

We discovered Dr. Thibodeaux through my husband's good friend who attended dental school with her. I have learned when a dentist refers another dentist, listen to them! Tammy and her team are amazing. The office is brand new and has a welcome atmosphere. They are open early, which works out for us since we schedule our appointments before work. They always run on time. They have never suggested unnecessary treatments, which I have found quite common at other dental practices. I went to Summer Creek Dental for general dental work so I could get clearance for upcoming surgery. When I discussed with the dentist my needs she recommended another dentist who offers more sedation options. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased that she was so helpful and candid in recommending another dentist. It's refreshing that good customer service is still practiced at some establishments, like Summer Creek Dental.

Dr. Thibodeaux is great! She was very thorough and explained everything before she started. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful. When it came down to my treatment plan, I was given a breakdown of all costs, which I found very helpful. Looking forward to bringing my family back!

This office is super convenient for me which is a major factory in my experience of selecting and maintaining a relationship with my dentist.

I was running a little tardy and I called in... I did not receive the typical "we don't have time to wait for you attitude," she completely was understanding I definitely appreciated it. I walked in and the place was absolutely stunning and quiet. I enjoy having a nice dental office. I guess you can call me the "dental/medical" office snob because if you can't maintain your office then how could you possibly maintain me right

I will be the first to say that I am a total wimp when it comes to the dentist, so when I was searching for offices to visit this was top of mind when reading the reviews of others.

The dental office is calm, quiet and clean. It was great to walk in an instantly feel at ease. where unlike other offices I've visited you walk into a waiting room filled with screaming children, packed waiting rooms with televisions blaring Fox news (of which adds to the anxiety), or worse, passing your doctor on the way while he finishes is cigarette out front.

My 20-year-old son was the first to go here and he was very pleased. Then my 22-year-old daughter went and couldn't have been more pleased. So, now my husband and I both have gone, with several follow-ups. We all are very impressed with the level of care, communication, and personal attention everyone provides. We even get follow up calls from Dr. Thibodeaux herself.

So first let me say I do not go to the dentist! It took being in pain for nearly a month to finally get me to make an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff and the office is state of the art and beautiful. I got the full work up on all of the work I needed without having an anxiety attack, and that is due solely to the wonderful staff. Dr. Thibodeaux was super friendly and gentle. I have been referred to an oral surgeon ( have to get my wisdom teeth out) and then afterword I have a few appointments to have fillings and get a mouth guard... I will update later! So far
