I’ve used Larry Eberhard services for 2 home purchases, one-buying my first house in 2009 (I looked at 46 houses and they were patient and caring and so experienced!) and selling that same home and then buying my second house. I was concerned about the process being complicated and difficult-however Larry, Egon and his staff walked me through every step of the way. They charge fairly and have decades of experience.
