Mr. Ross was extremely disrespectful and rude when attempting to stay in contact regarding settlement processing. He actually hung up the phone and would not allow me to speak. Professionalism might be the bare minimum required in this field, and he could not offer even that.

Hired Howard though some recommendations for a speeding ticket. Howard was professional and went over my options and explained them thoroughly. During my speed demon rampage and onslaught of tickets moving forward, Howard has been with my side and each time made sure that the most favorable outcome happened.
