Mark has been working on cars since high school. Before opening Jones Auto Care, he worked for a service station in Olney, MD for 17 years. He always wanted his own shop, but never seemed to find the right place until Mark and his wife spotted a property for rent and decided that it was a great opportunity.

Jeremy and his team are incredible! They bailed me out after I stripped the drain plug threads on the oil pan of my wife’s CRV. They took the extra time to correctly tap the oil pan, ensuring a tight seal, and saving me from a much more expensive repair. These guys are great, I highly recommend!

Jones Auto Care is amazing! I’ve been using them for a few years now for my car and my daughters car. They are honest, professional, and reasonable. They always let me know exactly what’s going on with my car, sending emails and texts when the status has changed. They also take pictures of the car so it’s easy to see what they’re talking about. Most recently my daughters car needed to be worked on and she was only home from college for one day.....Jones went out of their way to fit her car in, which made me feel so much better about sending her back to school. Very honest shop! They won't try to get you to come in for unnecessary things, or sell you what you don't need. They ate very patient and thorough and they will explain everything in whatever amount of detail you might be interested in. I will definitely come back here for service. Very highly recommended. I have two friends that both had excellent experience with these guys as well. Both friends recommended Jones to me. This is a rare shop nowadays, having honesty and integrity, as well as excellent skill, and all for a very good value.

I trust Jones staff to check everything about my car when I come in and they never fail to do that! I can trust their repair (if needed) and am never disappointed. They have kept my older car in tip-top condition for years and I know they will continue to do that with expertise!

Advises you the best procedure and part to fix your vehicle. Rates are extremely fair and quality of work is phenomenal. Worked with Jeremy, he was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as possible, and making sure I was taken care of. Great warranties available. Jones is a great shop. These guys are not "parts swappers", their mechanics are technicians. If you're wanting to do your own work, they do very thorough diagnostics and take the guess work out of it. The prices are comparable to other shops, but the expertise and honesty keeps me coming back. When you have them do a repair, it is done right the first time, and they always confirm the quote before rendering service.

I called Jones to ask them if they could quote making a tailpipe for my 2011 BMW X5. I took the muffler off, but could not source the same sized pipe as OEM locally. I stopped in, Jeremy, the service writer, gave me a quick quote, then I asked him when they may have time to do it. Lucky enough they had time then. The work the tech completed was exactly as I had told to him, the quote was exact, and the quality of work was very good. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. I waited for the repairs, and while in the waiting room the owner came in the office a few times and was very friendly
