Very unresponsive, takes forever to answer simple questions. Does not pay attention to you and very monotonous, saying the same thing over and over. During my case he was always a step behind the rest of us. I was always having to correct him. He would say things on record that I didn't say. Seems he does not know how proceed documents without destroying the quality. I think he prints pdfs out to scan them into the computer to upload to court. They were twice the size and a quarter the resolution. We were paying him $ for this.

In trying to buy a house I can across one that had a renter occupying it. The selling agent was less than helpful with providing information about the lease going so far as refusing to give up anything unless we had an accepted offer. At which point my realtor advised me to reach out to a real estate attorney so see how we should write up a contingency. Mr Riley was very responsive, and offered great advice that was very helpful. I was recently involved in a real estate transaction and hired Attorney Tim to represent me. Tim professionally represented me for 1.5 years in a medical case involving my ex-wife and our minor children. Through that time, Tim successfully overcame no less than 4 major issues created by my ex and her attorney.
