McDougall Real Estate Group was established after I worked with several successful real estate companies in Henderson and Las Vegas, including Realty Executives, Keller Williams and ERA Excel. Having gained tremendous experience from these established companies, I decided to dedicate myself to a boutique style real estate company that stressed a personal/hands on approach to the purchase and sale of real estate in Las Vegas and Henderson.

After 23 years in real estate, I still love my job! I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients from corporate executives to young first time home buyers. With a strong referral base I was able to open McDougall Real Estate Group in 2006. I believe my clients deserve to be treated with respect, dedication and commitment.
Julie was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selling of our home. She told us just what to to to present our home in the best light, and had terrific pictures taken for the online listing. She is fun to work wit and stays on top of things. We would definitely use her again. I have known Julie McDougall for years but this is the first time I have used her realtor services.
