Geneva was also very active in the community as well as the business and held an apprentice funeral director's license. Our founders provided a strong sense of service to both country and community that is carried on today with our involvement in many local organizations including: VFW, American Legion, Knights of Columbus, Rotary International and Junior League of Champaign-Urbana.

Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation. A personalized life commemoration with both a set visitation time and planned ceremonial events.
This package includes: Basic services of the funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the body, viewing/visitation (at the Funeral Home), funeral ceremony (at the Funeral Home), rental casket or cremation casket, transfer of remains to the funeral home, register book box set, coroner's permit to cremate, crematory charge, personalized urn and a personal remembrance keepsake.

The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. When the grave is already marked, applicants will have the option to apply for either a traditional headstone or marker, or a new device (available spring 2009).
