I really appreciate the detailed walkthrough sent by text and how transparent they were. I got my front axles replaced and my only complaint is that they cross threaded one of my bolts. I was in for an oil change on 22Sep2021 and the front desk staff was attentive and kind. He made recommendations on what I should replace on my vehicle but was not pushy

I was unable to open my hood to take care of fluid levels ! They were able to open it for me , I was quoted a price to fix
