I really appreciate the detailed walkthrough sent by text and how transparent they were. I got my front axles replaced and my only complaint is that they cross threaded one of my bolts. I was in for an oil change on 22Sep2021 and the front desk staff was attentive and kind. He made recommendations on what I should replace on my vehicle but was not pushy when I said I was not interested in making those changes today.
I was in and out in a very timely manner. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning in the near future. I have been going to Honest 1 in Anoka for the past 5 years. I like how the work done on my Dodge Journey is warranted. They guarantee their work and if something goes wrong in that time frame of the warranty they fix it for free.

This men were friendly and transparent- I knew exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they went ahead with repairs. I will definitely be back AND will be recommending them to others! While they did get the work done that was needed to fix my car, there was a lack of communication throughout the entire process as to when the work was actually going to be completed.

These guys truly live up to the name "Honest One." More than once they have told me I did not need service that I thought I did. They repeatedly go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. This one always is. I have another mechanic I use as well, but these guys charge less for the smaller stuff that they are able to do. Highly recommended.

Mainly dealt with Tim with input from another employee who I believed to be was the mechanic who assessed the necessary repairs to be done.
Both were more than fair in the assessment in my opinion, found items that I questioned and unfortunately it appears that I've been taken advantage of in the recent past. Although upset about that part, very grateful for their honesty. Wish I would have found this place prior to spending money elsewhere first. My motto has always been, don't lie to me, I may not like what you've told me, but I'll get over it.

Honest 1 auto provided invaluable insight with a used car inspection I had in the Ramsy/Anoka area. They got me scheduled in a slot that worked great for me and provide a detailed analysis on my used car. The information with pictures they provided helped me negotiate the price of the car and got the dealer to repair the obvious issues with alignment and door clearances. Josh and Mark took the time to show me the issues personally on the vehicle and helped me understand the impact of each.

My family has been going to this company in roseville for years. So when my husbands car needed work I was excited to use them. Well over the last 6 days we’ve had to take it back to them 3 different times because more problems kept happening. So $900 dollars later they want another $975 for something they should’ve checked for the first time… around. I’m so disappointed and they refuse to give us our car back without paying for them to finally figuring out this issue. Not to mention Mark has terrible customer service skills and is very condescending.
