Kerry brought with him over 46 years of restaurant experience ranging from short order cooking to gourmet dining management. Kerry's first job in high school was in food service and he has always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. We do our own smoking of meats on the property; smoking our brisket and pulled pork for 12 to 14 hours.
