Our eye doctor Arthur A. Medina, Jr. was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, and attended Central Catholic High School. He received his doctorate of optometry in 1972. The University of Houston, College of Optometry, appointed him to the faculty. Medina continued his postdoctoral training with Dr. Louis Girard, M.D, who chaired the department of ophthalmology
