Dr. Todd Winkler is one of only a relative few optometrists in Cincinnati that treat keratoconus. I've been practicing optometry in Cincinnati since 1989. More recently, I began providing mobile "house call" eye exams to the home-bound. I've therefore adjusted my practice location and schedule accordingly.
