Ballet Gloria was founded by Susan Essick McCollum in 1996, and became a 501-c-3 organization in 2000. It was Ms. McCollum's vision to provide the Knoxville community with a company that uses dance to restore the arts to God. Ballet Gloria provides an environment that encourages young performers as well as giving seasoned performers an artistic outlet
