Landess Funeral Home, Inc. in Campbell, Missouri was established in 1920, when E. W. Landess came to Campbell from Van Buren, Indiana. He purchased the A. B. McBride Undertaking Co. and operated from that building on Front Street, in Campbell, adding a paint and wallpaper store to the business. Mr. Landess was a graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary
