Harold Tapley & his dad Bob have been building pools since 1963, when he first became an Anthony pools dealer in a small town in central CA. All (4) of Bob's boys worked summers learning the trades of pool construction from "dad" the hard way.
In 1976 Anthony pools decided to leave Stockton, Ca. at that point the Tapley family decided to continue building
