More than a workout, BarreWell studio is a community of like-minded individuals, with a mutual love of movement and wellness.

My program is design for those people who understand the importance of Fitness, Health and want to be able to defend themself and family. What could a group of suburban housewives, a collection of Rock n Roll's most celebrated artists, a hardcore company of S.W.A.T. cops, and a tactical but deadly French Intervention Group possibly have in common?
