Soaring Wings Vineyard began planting and planning in 2001, when Jim Shaw and family purchased the land in Springfield, NE. Opening their doors to the public in 2004, business took off soaring and hasn't quit since! Through many additions to both the infrastructure and the wine list, loyal customers have helped establish both weekly and annual events
