Manage your pet's care from the palm of your hand or access your pets records online here. PetPage is a great mobile app and website that allows you to view your pet's complete medical history, schedule appointments and set up medication reminders right from your phone. It also alerts you when your pet is overdue for vaccinations.
Payment is due at the time of service. For our clients, we offer a number of convenient payment options that include Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also provide financing through ScratchPay and CareCredit for those unexpected emergencies. For CareCredit users: The account holder or an authorized user must be present to use the card and must show a valid I.D.

The staff at VetMed Veterinary Hospital are compassionate,knowledgeable and willing to take the time to listen and answer any and all questions you might have. The doctors are also compassionate about the animals in there care and show it. Through all the sadness and triumphs of having pet’s, there is no other veterinary clinic we would want to take ours. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I don’t think you will regret it.

I had another vet but for the second time they had no appointments available and made no attempt to try and get me in, I called vetmed and they got me in within hours but that's not the best part, I moved here from out of state and had the BEST vet for 25 years, I am VERY critical when it comes to my babies! I was very pleasantly surprised to get the sweetest, knowledgeable, compassionate young vet I could hope for...Dr. Moody not only did a thorough exam (and found the problem) made friends with my little grumpy chihuahua and didn't try to up-sale like so many vets I've been to.. the price was

My regular vet couldn't see my puppy until next week. I called and spoke with Michelle. The first available appointment was in two days. I took it. She called back and said that she checked with the vet tech and given the age of my puppy and the lethargy they didn't want to wait . She asked me to come in at 2:30. She took some information and before we finished the call she said, "we are concerned. Bring your puppy in now and we will work you in." I was at the office in 15 minutes and within 5 minutes placed in a room with Aspen.

I had a pet emergency and they fit us in same day even though our puppy wasn’t an established patient. My husband and I split our time between Ann Arbor and Bay City so her primary vet is in Ann Arbor because she’s usually living with my husband down there. I ended up keeping her in Bay City this week and they accommodated me. I was very worried since my girl wasn’t keeping anything (even water) down. She’s all better now and I’m very grateful for the doctors and staff at VetMed. Excellent service and bed side manner!

Great staff! Caring, timely, professional, courteous, careful, and loving. I know my Rambo (Miniature Pincher) is very comfortable and never nervous. They have helped him through an emergency injury and all of his care. I'm always confident in Doctor's skills. Took my cat to this veterinary and 2 hours later I left with a huge bill and my cat died within 3 hours of leaving this veterinary. They advices me that my cat would be fine in a week. 3 hours later I was burying my cat. He leaves a brother and a sister and a loving family. This place should be investigated for animal Mal practice. Would advice anyone not to take their pets here. Their in it for the money not for the best animal care which a doctor took an oath to do. Please beware!!!!!!!!
