I have being using this vet practice for 4 years. Called 5 different vets to get a quote for spaying my 2 female kittens, who were 6 weeks old then. Theirs was best price. When I called in to make an appointment the premises were clean, neat and tidy. Which is still the case and is very important to me. 4 years later the cats and I are still visiting, the vets and staff are friendly, approachable and really care about the health of my pets.

First of all this is not my first vet, i have tried most of them in the Midland area, even went to Coleman and Freeland, and the people at M20 are awesome, I have a mixed breed dog and 2 cats, and i have dealt with people looking down their nose at me for not having a pure breed dog, and just poor service and sub par work, all of my animals are fixed, my dog and first cat were done at other clinics and the work was bad to say the least, just had my newest cat fixed at M20 and had to double check to make sure they did anything, and my cat was up and at it 1/2 hour after i got him home, i was unable
