THE WORST!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!Tori will lie straight to your face and then try to get an attitude when you call her on the things she promised and doesn’t deliver. It takes days for emergency maintenance to respond to issues that cause the apartment to not be a livable situation. They won’t follow up about anything. They will give you a heat stroke in the summer when your a/c goes out constantly. And the only response they’ll have is “your second on the list”. I have lived here almost 4 years. I have enjoyed it everyday. There are no loud neighbors arguing or fighting therefore no police being called at all hours of the day and night. We did have an issue with maintenance for about a month but they have their ducks in a row now and everything running smoothly. The office staff is great! Very nice and always helpful. They do things for their residents, cookouts, bring food trucks in, free water and sometimes treats are available in the office.

PLEASE READ! I do not recommend this place at all! We tried to rent here and had the worst experience. We had sold our house and are building so needed a 1 year lease. We had issues with the online form which is the only way to get an apartment they said. We called multiple times, were promised phone calls from the manager who “ is always” not available and went in to the office. We lost the apartment. They finally had our money which we knew we could loose $150 for credit checks but would get $200 back. I have an email stating all of this. We have 1 month later not received a “check” as

. I first moved here in 2018 and there were some issues with black mold growing due to water damage from a previous tenant but they moved me to a different apartment. Staff was really great back then, so when I came back in late 2019, I renewed my lease and recommended for my cousin to live here too. When we renewed in 2020 the new apartment had a lot of appliances that didn't work that required maintenance requests. DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!! Maintenance personnel were replacing our dishwasher and forgot to turn off water and flooded our apartment. They said their insurance doesn't cover their people and that we had to use our renters insurance to cover the loses. Then because they didn't clean up properly, our apartment grew a mold and yeast problem. Which we found our that my daughter is allergic to. We asked to move out for medical reasons, but they wanted $1,500 for early move out plus fees. So we had to live there for another 7 months in a mold invented apartment because their inspector

Stopped by to view a 1 bedroom for a Aug move in. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me!! There was one young lady I cannot remember her name but she was pregnant she gave me pricing and allowed me to see a vacant unit and also introduced to me to the staff. The Manager was nice and offered me something to drink. I will be applying due to the fact that everything I need is across the street and its close to my new job. The staff is really rude. And OMG the bugs. Literally when I moved in, there was a huge line of ants congregating on one of the windows. Not only that but the roaches. I don't know if they come from the vents but i always have the bug spray near my bed. Moving on to the staff again. If you're a current tenant they act like they are the ones that should be serviced. They tell you they will get back to you, but they don't. If you call in more than once in the same month, they already know who you are and talk to you like you're a pest. They increase the rent every year a lot. We have been here 5 years more. rent from $1100 up to $1700. it is a lot. No Royalty rate. We set up an auto-pay limited for $1750. once your bill over this price range. the system will not able to charge from your account. The management will charge you a late fee right away if you do not pay attention to your email.

My AC unit was broken for about a month. After multiple maintenance requests, the actual ac unit was fixed instead of just replacing the thermostat. When I first initially moved in the carpets needed cleaning, the garbage disposal did not work, nor did all of the stove top burners. Also when I moved in the tub had black grime that still wouldn't come off after some intense cleaning. I’m a resident at the retreat and the staff has been exceptional! They help out whenever you need something and extremely professional! I would highly recommend this apartment complex and the staff. Hands-down the most professional people I’ve ever been involved with Chloe, crystalyn, Lacy, and the rest are all exceptional.

Just recently released again !!! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If you want peace and quite and a beautiful oasis , The Retreat is the place to be. Landscaping always nicely manicured . Pool & gym area are always nice & clean. Can’t bet trash valet & free car wash area. Having a lake & and a golf cart trails behind The Retreat apts. are a… huge bonus. Tenants have become my friends who I continue to have a close relationship when I travel back home. Having everything across the street is a big bonus. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are the best

We loved living here! Property was lovely and improving daily, neighbors were kind, area was peaceful. Loved walking to dinner and the stores nearby. Maintenance guys were super nice. Most of all, we loved everyone who worked in the office- so kind and helpful. The community parties and activities they hosted were a fun bonus. It was a sad day when we had to move elsewhere (closer to work), but we will always cherish our time in what we think are the very best apartments in PTC.

You DO NOT want to live here. It takes maintenance weeks to respond to requests. I currently have 3 requests that have not been taken care of. One of these requests I put in a month ago and have been promised on 3 different occasions that it would be taken care of that day. Last time maintenance was in my apartment I came home to find 1/2 my… lights on and my front door unlocked. I have emailed and sent complaints to management and also corporate about this. DO NOT rent at the Retreat at Peachtree City. If you want to be forced to pay high rent, additional fees and deal with onsite property managers that do not know what they are doing, then this place is for you. If you are smart, you will look elsewhere in the area.

I love this apartment community! It really is like living in a wonderful neighborhood. The management staff is top-notch: friendly, helpful, and professional. That makes all the difference in level of enjoyment. The facilities are beautiful and constantly being improved with upgraded pool and exercise equipment since we have been here! It is really, really quiet here, although people are friendly. I love getting to know the residents and their dogs when I walk in the evening and everyone is out and about. Many people have just moved to PTC and may be moving on to a more permanent home,

We have been very satisfied with our stay here at the Retreat. The young women in the office (Torey, Cloe and Courtney) are so friendly and helpful. We think the location here is perfect for us. There is shopping within walking distance. The grounds are well maintained, and it is a quiet complex. We have had no issues at all with our stay and can highly recommend the complex.

Great place to work if you are not in a manager/supervisor role. Used to be a great company. too many changes and too much protocol makes it an uncomfortable place to work. There have been countless people fired laid off or quit throughout the u.s. company wide due to uncomfortable circumstances. Quick to judge and very unforgiving please think twice before giving your all to this company.
