I currently live here now and I’ve been here since may.. the air conditioning in my apartment has not properly worked since I’ve moved here, it would go out on a daily basis! Now for about a month now the air won’t even turn on for a second! It’s been 87 degrees in my apartment! And all I’ve been getting is promises and a non working window unit! It can’t be legal for me to have to deal with this

Astounding customer service. Wakeelah and Morris took exceptional care of me. I was in a time crunch and had a minimal window to work with. They went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. I am blown away by how they were able to expedite the process in an effort to meet my time frame. This was to date the best new leasing experience, and I look forward to living in this community.

Just moved in and I’m happy I made the decision of moving here. A few hiccups in the beginning due to management change. New management addressed the issues with a professional delivery.

Been here since 2015 and now the new management won't even call back for any reasons. I always have to go to two different place and they never have information for me. I signed a lease and they still over charging me. I can't get a call or email back, never had to deal with this from an apartment before. Always paid on time and never had any reason to ever go to the office. They have taken over last month and I have been to that office more times than I ever have my entire stay here since 2015. Like I said, over half the time not there, won't call or email back and over charging me.

We have been living here for a couple of months. We love the place! The best thing is to have a person like Eugene in the leasing office. He is attentive, polite and above all he is available, he quickly answers any questions you may have. He is definitely the best!

I am new to the community, but I am extremely pleased. The apartment complex is very well kept.. It is a pet friendly community, however you don't Hear or smell the pets. Every one I've seen has been very well behaved and I am ecstatic about it! The neighbors are friendly. I feel safe in my new apartment. The property Manager, Eugene is the reason I said Yes to the property. He is friendly, responsive and very personable, I can see a long relationship here. But the BEST part is the amenities. The fitness center is Updated and very sanitized. We have a dog park, and playground. You'll Love it here

So far I have nothing negative to say. Eugene has been a breathe of fresh air the moment I step in the leasing office. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept I appreciate that. I’m glad I made the decision to call this place home

I’ve been considering this property for my home for some time now. I had reservations about moving in until I met the property manger last week. I must say he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. I notice the place looks so much cleaner and if the manager that helped me is the person I will be dealing with then I feel at peace about renting with this property. I think he said his name is Gene or something close to that. I just know he had a delightful and professional personality. Personality and knowledge is everything to me.
