From my first call about two months ago inquiring about living at Kedron Village to my move in date....the customer service has been stellar. Marie has been taking care me of from day one....but my interactions with Brandon and the maintenance staff has been very pleasant. The amenities make for a luxurious living experience. Really glad we chose Kedron!

Great location, fairly new apartments, on the golf cart trails. Could be a 4-5 star place, except for lack of management attention to detail and bad attitude. I was a tenant there for two years. In those years, I had two major ant infestations inside my apartment. Ants appeared to be coming from inside the walls. Both of my cars became infested with ants in the summertime from ant activity on the grounds. Despite my repeated calls to management to increase the level and frequency of extermination treatments to the outdoor grounds, I did not get any communication from them regarding the problem
