I got an email from Tyler asking to give me a quote. I get a lot of solicitation in my email, but decided to bite on this one. Very glad I did. It turns out I was getting taken on my old policies. I have been a going to BTC for about 4 years now. Colton never lets me down. He helped me find the right rate just for me. I especially appreciate how the company i chose to go with was much higher this time around, Colton said "no, let me take time to find you a better one." And he did. I had my policy within a couple hours. Everything was easy and online which made it even better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They are very kind and very professional.

I was pulled over without insurance in a brand new vehicle and was ticketed. Long story short, Colton was on my side and saved me from having to pay $400. Had it been anyone else, I don't think I would've been so lucky. Bear River is affordable, has great service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Colton was super helpful. I called him with a few items, both business and personal, and he very simply walked me through some options. His quote came back with everything I asked for, nothing extra even though he was thoughtful to suggest some things.
I’ve held insurance with them personally for some years and it was good to know they were able to get me business info timely! The few other insurance companies I’ve been in contact with don’t get back to me within a few days even.
I’ll always feel like I’ll get the answers I need and won’t be overpaying for insurance. Thank you Colton

Steve and the BTC Insurance team have been a pleasure to work with. First, they were able to increase my coverages while reducing my annual insurance cost by $700. Secondly, when I bought my new car, by the time I remembered to send the vin number to them, they had already taken care of adding the car to the insurance.
