Replaced a hose that was causing coolant to leak. Honda claimed I had an engine leak and they would need to further diagnose. I would have given Honda all that money for nothing. Thanks Kevin for looking out for not taking ADVANTAGE!!! It was reasonable price and repaired in no time.

My experience at Kevin’s Transmission was a very pleasant one. They were very prompt and professional. My vehicle is was in and out with no problems. The staff was very nice and cordial. Ms. Gloria is amazing!! I would definitely recommend them! My car is running great thanks to them!

The job took 5 days to complete, which was only an hour or so of actual labor for part replacement. We were told that there would be a complimentary car wash, there was still oil on the driver door. When my wife and I returned home we noticed a scratch on the driver side of our car, the car is new, the scratch wasn’t there when we took it in for repairs. They have had the car so long we didn’t even want to bother about the scratch.

Very transparent. They were able to provide me a quote of work I wanted done before I came in. They took my car the same day. They confirmed the work/quote previously discussed remained the same. They provided an eta for the car and I consented the work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They performed the desired work on time at the predetermined price without any surprises. They were respectful/kind/knowledgeable throughout the process.

Kevin's really saved my neck and I'll tell you just why I recommend them:
First they are actually friendly, truly honest and fair. They helped me by plugging (not insisting on patching) my tire when others (I won't mention Gerald) said the tire could not be repaired and I HAD to purchase a new one!
Second, I was running late for work and needed it quick and fires what: they actually cared and did it quick! This is so rare!
I highly recommend them and you will too!!!
