I purchased some steer tires in March of this year. After a couple of months I noticed an unusual wear pattern on the tires. I went in to see if it was an alignment issue and the tire technician told me that the alignment was perfect and that it had to be a issue with the tires. The tires I purchased from these people was defected tires. Well I was told that they would resolve the problem and exchange the tires for new ones and a better brand. Well after months of rejection and lies I was told today by Andre that I would have to purchase the tires and receive credit after someone review the defective

They are the best! They came to our campground today to change 4 of our tires. Since we are traveling with kids and dogs, it was difficult to find a place to take it to. These guys came out same day, and even found a new rim for us since ours was destroyed when we had a flat yesterday. Great company, highly recommend!

I left a meeting today off of Leads Ave. and noticed I had a totally flat tire. I was headed to another tire shop off Dorchester Road when I saw Williams Tire! I turned in and a kind man named Sheldon greeted me. I informed him of the situation and he immediately took a look at my tire. Sheldon explained the possibilities and showed me to the waiting area. When I arrived in the Waiting room there were two men having a spiritual conversation. It was so powerful that it brought tears to my eyes. Ted was the spiritual leader, more like an angel. He was so kind to everyone and before leaving

Even though i was not working with them directly or did not have a chance- we had already exachanged through Yelp Toool using their messages or automatic it states have you not responded...
those ways i did reach and they were polite and tell the exact what they do.
Anyhow i am in Crews Chevrolet- waiting for them to repair - i did talk today to Hailey hforry@crewscollision.com

I was stuck for training down in the local area and had car issues (rattling noise) on the drive down to S. Carolina from the NYC area.
I checked around and my insurance company had them listed as a reliable repair center. So I called them and they were happy to work with me in getting my car checked out since it was difficult with me having to be in training from the crack of dawn till late afternoon.
Their first diagnosis was that it was my rear brake drums. I happily paid and when I drove it that weekend, the noise was still there. Which meant, they never tested it AFTER replacing the part

I called these guys this morning because I had a blowout and it ruined my rim. I needed two tires and a new rim asap. They sent John out and I was very impressed not only did he change both tires in a timely fashion but he also fixed my rim so there was no need to purchase a new one. These guys truly know what customer service is all about and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know as well as definitely use them in the future!
