Must not really care when they do a "drive test" to check alignment instead of actually putting it on the rack! Absolute clowns! Sad to see this place go down hill so quickly! The building must be cursed LOL!

Had taken my truck to 2 different places here in town to have them diagnose a vibration and noise in the left front corner. Both places gave me the old "we can't replicate the described issues" and said everything looked fine. I took the truck to Honest 1 because I knew Skye from using their services for my company vehicles in the past. They performed my regular servicing, fixed the left front issue (worn out hub bearings), and took care of getting my warranty company to cover the repair. PLUS, my truck did not have greasy footprints or handprints in it after servicing. I had been out of Charleston

I had the misfortune of my car breaking down while on a road trip. The silver lining to this cloud was Honest-1 Repair Shop! The tow truck brought my Mercedes to this shop because it was about the only one open on Saturday afternoon. Sky helped me get setup for the repair and expedited the process of getting my car fixed. She and the technician were able to get me back on the road before they closed. I can't say enough of how friendly and quick they were to deal with. I'm so glad my car broke down near them!

I never write reviews, but Google asked me about my experience and I've got the time today so buckle up.
They tried to charge me over $1,100 for an alternator, a serpentine belt, and a negative battery terminal. (I only needed the alternator) and I have a totaled 08 hyundai sonata 🙃 tried to get it towed out of the shop and they then charged me $37 and gave me a "comprehensive" report that just said "towed to shop. Battery appears to be dead."
Thanks for charging me almost $40 to tell me two things I informed you of before I got my car there? Not to mention nobody told me there would be a

Had to have a noise checked out and as it turned out we needed brake stuff done. But they also kept us informed all along and when they drove it, still a noise was heard. They kept searching till it was found. Then fixed our 2008 and the price was very affordable. We use them for all our auto care needs because they live up to their name...they are HONEST!

My elder co worker asked me to please leave a review for you guys. I recommend she go there for her oil change. they ended up plugging her tire for her and informed her that her brake light was out. she went back today and they changed it for her, free of charge. that just made her day and she wanted to let y'all know she appreciates it.

Poor customer service in West Ashley and I would suspect the service is the same here. Same owners same mentality. After the way that the manager at West Ashley store berated my son after this place made his care unsafe is a shame. Unprofessional shabby work!!! Do not go to this shop. RUN and RUN fast!!!

I had the turbo charger on my 2012 Ford Explorer replaced. The work was done quickly and the total cost matched the quote. I will start using them for my routine maintenance.
I just had my oil change done here and the service plus employees were excellent. I read the comment about West Ashley and hope no one follows the recommendation for Ladson outlet. Each outlet is a franchise, so each one’s service will depend on owner.

Sherry the owner was extremely non-accommodating even after she admitted a false diagnosis of my vehicle and that she gave me misleading information. The staff where very pleasant and understanding of the fault of the owner and they were apologetic, but could not refund the money spent or correct the problem with my car.
