We've been waiting for two months actually three months to get a new mailbox and then we get an email saying that it will take longer and will be done on January 2022. Are you serious? Do you know how frustrating to go to the post office all the time especially if you dont have time? Either way that shouldn't take that long. I will probably move to another place soon because of that.

Classy. Leasing agents? Awesome and understanding. Maintenance team? Respectful and quick! I love our brand new remodeled apartment! Smells great. Nothing like living the good life! Waking up to birds chirping? This is it. Dead silence! It’s 9am as I’m writing this review. I here birds and not people lol! Neighbors are classy and I didn’t even know I have upstairs neighbors! This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. I have lived at other luxury apartment communities but this one by far is my favorite. I hear a Golf cart next to me! Maintenance team is always busting there

I don't think renting a small one bedroom to 4 people with dogs is a good idea. It will only cause problems. Barking dogs are a BIG problem. Dog droppings are everywhere. They have many vacancies and I can see why. Parking is an issue as anyone parks in a handicap spot with no REAL action taken. They may tell them to move but no action is taken so no spots are left for those who are handicapped. I like the maintenance staff. They are helpful and friendly. The trash point is inadequate for the complex. Trash is always being piled leaving a Big mess to be cleaned up.

Moved out October 2020. They forced us to waive our inspections due to Covid. We spent 3 days cleaning the apartment top to bottom and put a lot of effort into making sure everything was in good shape. 2 months after move out they slapped us with 400 dollars in "cleaning fees" on top of our previous 500 dollar security deposit. When questioned, Canterra simply stated that there was a "mess." Totally out of order considering we left the place in great shape. Terrible customer service without any chance of arguing in small claims court because, guess what?, the courts are closed for Covid. Truly

I lived at Canterra for 1 year from 2017 to 2018 for work. I was debating between this apartment and another, but chose Canterra because it offered an in-unit washer and dryer. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The place is very quiet, and clean, and most importantly I felt safe (young female, living alone for the first time). The apartment also looks very nice and modern, and the buildings and landscape are well maintained. I'm surprised to see such bad reviews. I never encountered cockroaches or had issues of bugs inside my apartment, but maybe because my unit was very far from the

This is resort living! With the wonderful staffing from the beautiful attentive friendly ladies in the office. To the very quick and helpful maintenance men and last the very hard working landscape artist's that always continue to keep the grounds perfectly breathtaking. Living here is worth every penny😁✌❤✨

Update 7/6/20: Corporate granted us an early termination, which we definitely did get the heck out of there. But I'm only updating this because since I've finally moved out, I can admit on here that the management did pay us back for money we spent on the fly traps, and finally apologized about 2 weeks after the incident happened--all to just sweet talk and ask me to remove my review lol. I told them no, but I will update it so here it is. I'm happy we left, because we found a ton of hatched fly eggs in our storage closet, and what was my daughter's closet.. Our bathroom sink

I can't stress enough not to move to this place! We have been here 3 years and each year have transferred to a new unit due to being unhappy with the current one. The past year has been the absolute worst!! I feel unsafe living here. In the past year alone. A car exploded against our wall and I woke up and had to call the police which was not done already. If I didn't wake up, I don't know what would have happened. There's so many bugs, cockroaches, lizards and much more that we find in our apartment and we keep it very clean. The windows don't lock which is so unsafe.

I'm only picking one because I have to!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I was moved into a dirty apartment the floors were always black there was water damage they did not clean the carpets or paint! I documented it I complained and documented it again on move out! They took my deposit of 500 and charged me another 600 plus to move out!

I have lived here for about 8 months now and have been very impressed with the office and maintenance staff. The office is very friendly and always says hi when they are out on the complex. This morning they had an event and offered all the residents free breakfast on our way out to work which I thought was great and had to give them kudos for that! I also love the area. I was new to Palm desert and these apartments are right in the middle of everything (stores, parks, school, shopping) and It just feels safe! I mean of course not everyone that lives here will be an angel but for the most part

I am so pleased with this community! Truly friendly and kind staff! Marrisa went above and beyond to help us find a spectacular one bedroom within our budget! The apartment we'll be living in is PERFECT. Spacious and stylish, our home includes an open-concept, fully-equipped kitchen, GIANT balcony with a great view, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept, and the neighborhood has a wonderful atmosphere. I am so happy to say we are making this place or new home!

The apartment and location is nice. Overpriced, but if you can afford it then consider it. Elementary school next door has been fantastic with my daughter and they have some of the best test scores in the desert (which is what made us chose this location) Management has been OK, they do respond within a week or so to concerns you may have. If you have any guests over OR children it is not recommended. We receive complaints even when we have 2-3 people come over. My boyfriend and I have lived in multiple apartment complexes and have never once had a complaint. We moved here and have had multiple

Here's just an update for my review. so I just moved out and left the place in immaculate condition. Actually in better conditions then when we moved in considering that a window was shattered and cabinets were molded and the apartment wasn't even cleaned. But we steam cleaned the carpets and deep cleaned the space. Well they billed us $399.34 for a paint carpet and cleaning fee to bring the apt back to the condition it was before move in. This place is a joke. If the amount was any higher I would have had a lawyer contact them. That's against the law to charge for wear and tear
