16 years ago Brian secured a job at a high end BMW shop and fell in love with German Engineering. Since then, Brian has worked at Mercedes and Volkswagen dealerships as well has high end German automotive repair shops. He always had his eye on the future and some day opening his own shop. In 2010 he partnered up with John Hayes and moved the shop to a customer service-oriented complete German auto Service and Repair facility.

This was far and away the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. All work was finished the same day at an extremely fair price. The owner truly cares about the customer experience and is as honest as they come. He’s also very handsome. Won’t go anywhere else for my car repairs.

I brought my 1999 323i in for new shocks, struts and tires.
Pricing of repairs fair and done timely.
Road tested well.
The only thing was Kyle mentioned the hub cap logo was missing on two of the wheels. When I brought it in. It had only one. Then said I could buy one for forty dollars a piece.
It's actually happened before at a different shop. I walked into the back and pulled them out of a box.
If they turn up. Please give them back.

Great experience here! I was able to drop off and pick up my car according to my schedule, which was a huge help. They fixed my car very quickly for what I thought was a fair price. If I had known getting my car fixed could be so easy I would have done it a lot sooner! No complaints about the quality of work or parts so far, and they offer a 1 yr guarantee on parts

I'm off to Hayes again tomorrow, my "Go to" car repair and maintenance garage. Really, I cannot say enough good things about these guys. John and Brian are always straight talking, will explain procedures necessary, prioritize, (for those clients on a tight budget), advise against unecessary repairs in old cars and generally help to keep their clients, both human and automotive, ticking along. Of course, they are so popular now that they, and their team, are always busy. However, if one is flexible, they will suggest their quietest times.
