• Great location near downtown Oconomowoc
• Nice to have options between AT&T & Spectrum for internet/tv
• Covered parking + storage
• Lease options are flexible (can go monthly)
Cons
• Thin walls/ceiling + noisy neighbors. Residents yell throughout the halls and dogs can bark all day long. Neighbors can be pretty inconsiderate.
• Rent costs have already increased since living here (less than 4 months)
