This property is a must! I cant say enough good things! I was really interested in their sister Property in Dousman- Cory Ave Apt but the property manager mentioned she also manages this property. The property manager is so great, communication is always above and beyond and she is very helpful! The location is something that cannot be beat, and the property itself is so quite/perfect! You wont be disappointed.

Moved here from out of state a few months ago. my good friends in the area found this apartment complex for me and I was able to get the last apartment available. I feel so lucky. well maintained beautiful complex landscaping is excellent. often I will see the office manager taking care and doing work on landscaping. you can tell she loves doing it and takes a lot of pride. Quite always.people who visit me all say the same thing " how did you find such a great place like this" . I love it here so does my dog

Samantha is amazing! Everything has been a breeze. Communication is emphasized so much in every step of the way. All my questions have been answered and nothing has been left unclear. Samantha is so accommodating, even giving me options for and adjusting move in dates based on availability for me! This is the first time I actually feel comfortable moving into a new rental. Very impressed!

I just moved into Country Aire Apartments at the beginning of this month, and it has been the smoothest transition of any building I've lived in (even in a pandemic!). Samantha, the property manager, is very responsive and has been a huge help throughout the process. The building is clean, quiet, and everybody seems respectful. I'm loving my time here so far!

I have rented apartments here twice now and both times the experience was good. The management is hands on and quick to fix. The system to order maintenance is simple and straight forward. I also like the auto pay system it is so easy to use and keep track. I really enjoyed the upgraded Physical Fitness center, lots of different equipment and a separate weight room

I honestly loved my experience with Country Aire Apartments. I had the pleasure of living there last year. It was Highway close, extremely quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and well kept. I was new to the state of Wisconsin from California. I found the Country Aire Staff to be friendly, warm and compassionate people. Samantha, Darla & their Team are amazing. Any questions I had or calls to maintenance were handled immediately and professionally. I found my neighbors very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend the Country Aire Apartments to everyone.

I have lived at Country Aire Apartments for almost 4 years. The rent is reasonable, the management is super friendly and willing to work for you with anything. Very pet friendly and the other tenants in the building are super nice. There is a lot of available parking for guests and if you have more than 1 vehicle. I highly recommend.

We had heard and read so many great things and then we found a few negative reviews! We decided to schedule a showing anyway! We are so glad that we did! We absolutely love the location! It’s quiet but so close to everything we enjoy! We instantly fell in love with the property, the apartments were so clean and well taken care of! Maintenance has been so great if we have had any issues! They were resolved in a timely manner! The manager is always available and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! I don’t know how she does her job so well dealing with so many different people! I definitely

Beware the move out fees including: cleaning of carpets (original before move) caulking their own fixtures and $100 to clean oil spots in garage. All this btw is void due to manager giving the ok after walkthrough. Noisy, outdated and way too expensive for what it’s worth. I’d go elsewhere. (Lived there three years) 4 different managers in the three years.

I am currently living here since May 2017 and I love my 1 bedroom oversized loft with my dog Sammy which just throughly enjoys!! It’s a perfect location close to the lake, the village of Pewaukee, allows dogs, not to far from downtown Milwaukee or closer cities close by, and everyone I met is friendly!!

I lived and managed at Foxtail for 2 years. The other 4 reviews are all fake and posted by managers of other Morgenson Realty complexes. Why not have someone who has actually been a resident there leave a review? The appliances are mostly original from the 80’s, coin operated laundry which is pricey and ancient equipment. They don’t treat people well. There are better options out there.
