This place is by far the worst funeral establishment I have ever dealt with. It truly deserves below "ZERO" stars. I spoke with the director, Will, earlier this week about the transfer of my mom's body from VA where she died to NJ where most members of the family live. He quoted me a price and I made arrangements to visit his office to sign the contract. Lo and behold, when I called Will back yesterday to confirm the time I would be arriving to sign the contract, he abruptly advised me that he would not be able to handle the funeral arrangements for my mother. He gave no reason, other than to state
