This place is horrible. They're rude, unprepared and unprofessional. They rushed us out before we could pay our respects one last time. Microphone didn't work the entire service. Very unfriendly and not helpful to our family whatsoever. They did not make our grieving process any easier. I do not recommend!! BOCCO PLEASE STOP HARASSING MY FAMILY MEMBERS ABOUT OUT MY REVIEW. Again how unprofessional is that?! I will not take it down. Get as many of your people to leave a "good" review after me because it's not going to change the fact that I think your service is horrible! That's the point of a review
