I hired Javier Rios 4 years ago for my defense. He not only did what I hired him for, but he went the extra mile. There were times when I felt like giving up and settling for whatever the system was offering at the time but he wouldn't, "They can say 'no' many times Mrs. Torres but we just need them to say 'yes" once so we will keep trying", he would always say.. I was arrested in 2020 after I was assaulted and beat up by multiple people. The people that attacked me dropped a weapon and I picked it up and used it to defend myself. The people that attacked me lied about the situation to the police lied on the body cam footage on camera and Javier Rios did nothing to try and prove these lies even though it was right there on camera.
